is there any difference between these types DCDC?
I received an answer from distro that the operating temperature is the difference, but I see in the datasheets that it is the same.

Both the parts are same in terms of characteristics. The only difference is that the MPxxxx family is consumer grade while the MPQxxxx is the industrial grade.
