MP2760 Output Problem

Hello, I’m using your MP2760 IC for some applications and one problem has been occurring lately.
When SRC mode is enabled and the load is connected to the output, the output voltage drops to zero volts for a very short time. Then, it turns back to the voltage that I set before.
That drop caused our load to stop working properly.
Since the drop was very sudden, I couldn’t detect the cause of the problem.
Are there any suggestions on this problem?

Hi Abdulkadir,
In SRC mode, we are drawing power from the input. Do you mean to do the NVDC to power VSYS output instead of SRC mode operation?

Maybe this is a good area to start with debug first.

Yes, I draw power from the input in src mode.
