Generally, the NTC pins should not be left floating if disabled. By leaving these pins floating, you would risk introducing unintended currents paths, leading to unpredictable behavior.
Instead, you have them connected to a 10k resistor and you still get a floating error for half of your devices despite having Reg17h = 0007?
For the devices that are Reg0Dh = 0099 and Reg0Ch = 0410, does this error occur? Do you have a schematic of these implementations?
