The mp2759A doesn’t work properly ，Thebattery can‘t be charged.
The ACok LED is lighted , and The state led is blinking @2Hz if Plug the battery or not plug the battery.
Battery is 2S ， 7.4V . The maximum charging current is 1A .
I measured : PIN1 ： IN 11.73V
PIN19 : VLIM 1.81V
PIN11: VB 340mV
PIN10 : CELL 340mV
PIN13： ILIM 1.21V
PIN18： ISET 1.18V
PIN17: VCC 4.9V
PIN12： NTC 2.06V
PIN14: BATT 7.11V
PIN15: CSP 7.11V

Not an MPS employee, but where is Pmid pin connected to? I think that should be tied to the mid point of the batteries via a 100 ohm resistor. Can you get an Eval board?
