The datasheet of the MP2733 devices says I should contact an MPS FAE to determine the default register settings for the “0001” and the “0000” devices. Which registers are set to 0001 and 0000? Is this REG0x00 and REG0x01? Can you please details the differences between MP2733-GQC-0001 and MP2733-GQC-0000? Thanks!

The primary differences between the two suffixes are the register settings. If the default registers are ok with your application, then the -0000 suffix would be good to order.
Please review the I2C Register Map on page 31 and the OTP Map on page 46 of the MP2733 datasheet in order to determine which suffix to choose.
