Hi, is it safe to use a 10 uF Cvcc capacitor instead of the listed 4.7 uF capacitor at the Vcc pin (both X7R/X5R 0603 size)?

The datasheet does specify that there should be a ceramic 4.7uF capacitor to be used here. If there are no slew rate issues on any of the control logic aspects of the MP2722, then a 10uF should be ok.
While this should work, my recommendation would still be to decouple Vcc with 4.7uF.
