Have 2 21700 LiOn batteries hooked up to a Mikroe eval board that uses the MP2672A. Checked the fault register and it reads 10001000. The watch dog timer fault is fine, but why is battery OVP fault triggered?
I have the defaults set (8.4V) and the reading from each battery is ~3.9v.
Note, I don’t have an NTC set, though I’d imagine I would get a different fault.
I re-flowed the chip and it is working now.
