MP2667 high supply current

We use a MP2667 for BMS with a 3.6V Lithium Zell. Charged with 5V.

We found out, that the MP2667 takes ~100uA when it ist in Battery mode.
Is that normal?
In the Datasheet I see max. 14uA

Do you have any idea to bring the supply current down?

Is anything else connected with this chip? Please isolate the device and verify the same.
