Hi
How do I order MP2658 with different settings in the OTP bits? I would need the ITERM bit set to 1 instead of 0. I would also like to know, if there is a MOQ?
I asked this question twice via the contact form, but did not get any answer…

Daniel
What is the quantity that you are trying to order? Typically, the MOQ for an IC with a suffix with preloaded registers would be the reel size, but you would need to talk to someone from our sales department depending on where you are located.
Did you access this contact page for getting to the right region? Just wanted to get to the bottom of why those contact requests may not be going through.
Hi Krishan
Unfortunately (for me…) I only would need around 50 ICs.
I submitted my inquiries via the following link:
I also tried to call the german office once, but nobody answerd the phone there.

Hello again Daniel,
You can try this general online order support link for online orders: Contact MPS - Online Order Support
However, to be direct, 50 ICs is well under the preprogrammed MOQ. You may just be better off programming these ICs yourself if this is possible for you. Is ITERM = 1 the only difference that you would need? However, I feel it is worth contacting MPS if there are any existing suffixes that satisfy this requirement.
Best,
Krishan
Hi Krishan
I kind of expected, that this is order would be too small. Yes, it would really be interesting to see, what settings are already at hand. Maybe one of the existing does also fit our needs. The main thing is, that the ITERM-Bit needs to be 1.
If there is a possibility, to program the OTP-Bits by myself, I would gladly try that. However, as far as I understand, this is not possible for this IC
About the link you sent me… I tried the online support twice, but my questions did not get through both times. That’s why I posted my question in the forum. Maybe you could get me in touch with a person at MPS, that could answer the questions?
Regards
Daniel
I can try to get you connected with someone in order to see if we have suffix options for this IC. I’ll use your email that is associated with this account and go from there.
Edit: Going to close this post since I connected you with the proper contacts via email
Best,
Krishan
