I designed board with MP2651GVT-0000 for 4 Cells battery, I know that this reference has OTP for 2 cells, could you confirm first that all registers can be overwritten by I2C in order to use with 4 cells ?

The part is capable of support 4 cells during volatile memory operation, for instance when using w/ GUI, however after power cycling IC on your board, it would resort back to 2 cell operation.
