MP2650GV-000 Shut-off VSYS on changing BAT_NUM

I’m using an MP2650GV-000 (2 cell defaults) but I need to use it with 4 cells.
Testing without connected battery, when I set the BAT_NUM to 4, VSYS drop to near zero. Resetting the BAT_NUM to 2, VSYS rise-up to about 6V as default.

This happens with VIN=12V.. going down with the voltage to 5V the VSYS rise up again.

All test done on my board using MP2650 Evaluation kit software.

Attached the exported parameter used.

Is possible to use MP2650GV-000 for 4 cells or it’s mandatory to use the MP2650GV-400?
