MP26123 - Battery voltage issue

Hello there,

I design a PCB using the mp26123 to charge a 3S LiPo battery of 8000mAh from a machine.
The battery is composed by two individual batteries 3S of 4000 mAh each (as in the next picture) connected in parallel (each one has BMS).

I am using a switching power supply MW EPS35-15 (35W and 15V output) connected to the input.
I am trying to charge using this settings but the battery never reaches 12.6V

I fully discharge the batteries and leave it charging until the light of charging turns off.
The results are always between 12.36V and 12.48V.
Can you help me please?
