I was unable to find on the data sheet an indication of the maximum number of LEDs in series that can be managed with this driver.
In my project I have to manage 8 LEDs in a 24 V supply voltage. IT is possible to use? Buck boost converter it’s the better configuration?
Hello and welcome to the forums,
The reason there is no maximum number of LEDs listed in the datasheet is because that number depends on the type of LED. For example, white LEDs have a forward voltage of between 3-5V and red LEDs have a forward voltage of between 1.6-2V. So with the same max volage you can have almost twice the red LEDs.

Also as a Buck type converter, it can’t make Vout higher than Vin. So you have to pay attention to your minimum Vin as well. 24V supply, figure 22V just to be safe, 8 LEDs is 2.75V per LED ( hope they are RED) Whites tend to be over 3V per LED
