Your schematics doesn’t seem to be the issue.
It is possible that the ESD has affected/damaged a different component on your board or the board itself.
I would recommend getting a fresh version of your board that does not have ESD damage.
Diagnosing the exact issue could take a long time and would be quite tedious.
