Does the MP2188GQA-P prevent current from one of its output loads from creating a current out through its PVIN/VIN pin if the input supplies is off? In other words, does it have reverse current protection?

No, we do not have reverse current protection. However, the PFET in the device can block some of the reverse current when the device is off in prebias situation.
