Hello, If I wanted to add isolation to the output of the MP100L (or to the input to the MP100L) what parts would be recommended? Output of the MP100L is set to 3.3V and the capacitor cap on VD is set to 220uF.

Yes, you can add a line transformer at the input with X-cap or transformer at the output.
We also do have 1W isolated modules such as MIE1W0505BGLVH (monolithicpower.com).
