MP023 SCP/OVP mode

Hi,

I am designing a PSR flyback converter with the MP023. When powering-up at high input voltage (>300V), at full load or no load, the IC enters SCP mode. This doesn’t happens at low input voltage (<230V) What can be the issue?
I have an RC filter on the CS pin as well as on the FB pin.

Hi @mathieu.hugoud,

Can you please check the Vfb? What is the value? If it cannot be monitored for each cycle, the chip enter in OCkP.

A resistor on CS pin determines the FB minimum sampling time. Please refer to the EC table and choose which suits your application.
