Motor drive board burned MOS

When using the MP6530 to drive the upper and lower MOSFETs (applied to drone motor boards), it is rare for one of the MOSFETs to burn out at startup, while the other two MOSFETs are fine. It is uncertain whether there is an unreasonable circuit design or if there are any areas that need attention in PCB layout. We look forward to your answer. Figure 1 shows the power on circuit design, and Figure 2 shows the design of the upper and lower MOSFETs,Addendum: The power supply ESC-PWR for the motor driven MOS transistor has added 8 22uF capacitors. What impact will this have, as shown in Figure 3
