Why is your LGA-12 (4mmx5mm) pin numbered differently to RECOMs R05C1TF05S??

The MPS LGA-12 follows a counterclockwise numbering scheme, similar to other standard pinouts MPS carries. I reviewed the RECOM R05C1TF05S, it looks like although there may be differences in the numbering, the parts are Pin to Pin compatible.
