Have MIE1W0505BGLVH-3R-Z connected with 10 uF Low esr + 0.1 uF at input and output according to d/s.
Have very big voltage ripple - around 1.5v.
When load the output with 30 mA the voltage down to 3v rms.
Tested 3 sample - all sample with same results.
What am I doing wrong ?

It is recommended to have 22uf + 0.1uF cap on the output side.
Also, if you have designed your own PCB, have the input and output caps as close as possible to IC pins, high frequency caps being the closest. Measure the output ripple on the cap. Please refer to the layout guidelines given in the DS.
