MCS1803 safety standards

Hello,

does the MCS1803 comply with safety standards of either UL or VDE in terms of shock and fire&burn? Is there any UL/VDE number you can refer to?

Hi Lars,

The MCS180x series is compliant to IEC62368 for isolation. We do not have a fire & burn rating, but I am not aware of any semiconductor device that does.
