Hi,
it is possible to have some clarification on dead time specification?
Dead time: SSCK high time for next data reading
What happens if the dead time of 40us is violated? Wrong position readings? Sensor failure?
Thank you.

Hello @luca.volagera,
The Deadtime (tp) of 40us in the SSI timing table is essential for SSI angle reading for 2 consecutive 16-Bit data. If the deadtime criteria is violated or below 40us, then it might lead to incorrect angle readings leading to wrong position readings.

Dear Saquib,
thank you for the fast reply. Does MPS has some similar product with a lower dead time?
Thank you,
Luca
Hello @luca.volagera,
The sensor products range from various bits resolution and till date most of them have 40us dead time.
