Unfortunately, we do not have any simulation models available for the HR1002. We do have an eval board you can use in place of a simulation as well as a design spreadsheet to supplement your design.

If an official LTspice model is not available, a common approach is to request a vendor-provided SPICE model or create an approximate behavioral model based on datasheet parameters. Many engineers import third-party subcircuits when native models are unavailable. For power-control applications, devices such as VNP10N07 also benefit from simulation before hardware testing to reduce design iterations.

Of course, feel free to create a ticket for this as well to get access to the design resources we currently have.

If you ask about software within the ticket, this will help leverage the creation of a simulation model internally. This model will almost certainly be using the AC/DC MPSmart software.

There are other models that you can use as well to get a feel for the HR1002 as well if you are interested.
