which part is best suited for All-In-One USB PD Port?
Input voltage is 24V. Output power: min. 60W per port
Is it better to separate USB-PD controller and DC/DC-Controller for thermal reasons?
What ist the difference betwenn MP5031 and future MPQ5038 ?
Are there existing Eval-Kits for any of the well-suited Chips?
Hi @reinhard.drechsel,
All-in-one USB PD products are also optimized for thermals. It depends on the application and the amount of space you would have on the board. You can use all-in-one or DC/DC+ controller for your 60W application.
MP5038 has 7PDOs and MP5031 has 5PDOs.
