Large ring magnet is possible with absolute encoder?

I plan to use the Cylinder with Hole magnet, with side shaft or side shaft orthogonal. Encoder - MA702
The magnet is a 1 pole NS configuration.
The problem is the inner hole diameter is 17mm, the outer diameter can be from 20 to 25mm. height is 5mm but can also be higher.
Will it work? it seems to me this configuration will not be adequate. I need 10 bit of resolution.

is it possible?
