Hello.
I used your reference design to power a Kintex-7 FPGA in 2022. Unfortunately, I did it carelessly.
The PCBA was manufactured in 2023. I resumed this work in 2024.

I claim that the MP20045 LDO can supply a minimum of 1.5V, but not less.

I suspect that even now the reference design (with MP2002A) is still incorrect, because when using 10 transceivers, the consumption will already be more than 0.5A.

Now my task is to replace the MP20045 with a suitable LDO with minimal modifications to the PCB.

I ask for your advice

Kindly refer to our updated reference design.

The MP20045 is capable of providing from 1.5 to 5V and 1A output.
