Issue in MP2617B

Hello, i make pcb of mp2617b issues are face here by me:
i use 1s2p 3.7v li ion battery 21700mah (9000mah, 4500mah each). to cahrge my battery.
vin 5.5V
vcc=4.5v
chg current =2A (use 1kohm resistor)

  1. During charging, when i use 0.1uf tmr cap when battery voltage reaches above 3.80v charging of battery stops, and chgok led starts blinking until unless i restart my charging again.
    i gnd tmr pin but during charging of battery chgok led not turns off yet even one day of continuous charging.
  1. tell me how to use tmr pin in my case? is if i gnd tmr pin during battery charging, is battery chg effected by this? why chgok led not turns off? is there any relation between charging of battery and tmr cap?

what i want during charging of battery after 6hr led turns off and it does not affect the blinking of led.
3) i charge battery from 3.33v to 4.20v this is my case, when battery voltage at 3.33v and i start charging voltage at battery terminal randomly goes to 3.8-3.9v why?

Hi @prince.kumar ,

  1. CHGOK will blink if a fault condition happens, including NTC fault and timer out. Please review both of these circuits to ensure proper functionality.
  2. Please refer to ‘Timer Setting’ section of the datasheet (Page 20).
  3. It is expected for a battery voltage to rise during charging.

1)i use 9ah battery and charging current is 2A.should i increase tmr pin capacitor value or should i ground it?
2) one more problem i face after 17hr of continuous charging of battery and load running, when i switch off charger load turns off , battery isnot switched to load in this case why?
what i measure battery is not charge above 3.57v and battery terminalvoltage shows 4.167v and battery connecteor becomes hot? is it the fault of battery bms? load consume 100ma, input current i set 3ampere and charging current i set 2ampere
