is it possible to switch two high side MOSFETS in series with common Drain(!)? This means I´ve to connect (e.g. MP18811) the VSSO to battery voltage?

Yes it possible to connect two MOSFETs with drain in series, but it depends on application to application.
What is your end use here? Can you share the complete schematic, if possible?
The VSSO is reference ground pin for MP18811. I am not able to understand why do you want to connect this battery voltage?
