Is safe mode control same as Pre-charge circuit control in MP2797?

Hi team,
I was going thorugh the EVM kit of MP2797 and the GPIOHV1 pin is connected to a ‘safe mode’ circuit. It looks like a pre-charge circuit with a similar PMOS and charge resistor arrangement. Please let me know it its the same.

Apologies for the delay. The MP2797 has a discharge MOSFET driver that includes a configurable soft start that provides a controlled turn-on, so there should not be an external pre-charge circuit. Safe mode can be entered by following the conditions on page 22 of the part datasheet. On the EVB datasheet, I see on pg 29 that PGIOHV1 can be used as a control source for the Pre-Discharge circuit.
