We plan to use several DC-DC power converters in our current project. They are in several different packages from the 15mm x 30mm BGA package of the MPM3695 to the 10mm x 12mm QFN-59 package of the MPM3695-25 to the 3mm x 3mm LGA-10 package of the MPM3632S.
