For MP9486A switching regulator, Need the regulated output of 12VDC for Iout of 0.048A and Vin of 84VDC. What value of inductor to be used?

Yes, the inductance calculation will need Fsw. How to know and what value of Fsw to consider for inductance calculation? What is best recommended value for K?
What value of Fsw to consider for calculation of inductance value? Based on this input only, we will be able to select this Switching Regulator.
Generally for small form factor, you can increase Fsw to size the inductor smaller. Increased switching frequency does come with increase loss and lower efficiency. For this part, the output capacitance changes the switching frequency. There is a typical application circuit for 12V output you can refer to on page 16 of the datasheet.
