Hi Lakshmanan,
The strobe pin from the image sensor is not typically connected directly to the IR LED Driver. The strobe pin is typically connected to the digital signal processor.
When I checked with Imager’s supplier he told me this
”The strobe pin from an image sensor is typically designed to connect directly to an IR LED driver, not to the digital signal processor (DSP). Its purpose is to synchronize illumination with image capture, ensuring the IR LEDs fire exactly when the sensor is exposing a frame”
Can you give us an idea which image sensor it is or what company’s image sensor it is?
We are using Samsung S5K1H1SB imager
Sorry for the delayed response. The right pin to connect to on the MPQ7231 is the DIM pin on the IR LED driver.
