Identification of possible angle sensor chip TQFN16

Hi,

I have a PCBA with, what looks like a MA102 angle sensor. its a TQFN16 with marking:

AWDM
367

on it. Can anyone confirm it’s a MA102? I can’t find it anywhere in the datasheets.
