How to change the MP8007 SW frequency up to 100kHz or higher

Hi,
I have designed a project use MP8007, circuit is as the reference offical design, bellow is my schematic

Questio is if I change the R116, which is used to set the Ilim current, the SW frequency only chang a little,
I chage the R116 from 49.9k to 82k, SW frquency change from about 13kHz to 23kHz,
does there any detail doc how can I change the SW frequency to 100kHz or higher, thanks

Hi @xfce,

Yes, the Fsw is affected by the peak current limit set by the resistor on Ilim pin. Please look for the section where it says " Maximum Switching Frequency" in the datasheet, and use the equation 14 to calculate the Ilim with respect to the Fsw you need. Then using equation 8, you can determine the R3 for the application.
