Help is required in determining the model of the chip.

There is a board with 3 converters on it.
The case type is SOT563.
They have the following marking codes:
AAA3
AAB3
AUEN
AUEN I was able to identify. This is the MP1605 chip.
Please help me identify the AAA3 and AAB3 chip models.
