I’m looking for an H-bridge driver (full bridge or half bridge) to drive an inductive load with a load voltage of 48 V and a load current of up to 7 A. The bridge driver will be controlled by a microcontroller using a 50 kHz PWM signal. The driver must support operation at 100% duty cycle.
Additionally, the supply voltage of the driver should be independent from the load voltage.
I have found the MP6528GR-Z, but im not sure if this spports 50kHz.
Does anyone have another recommendation?
