recently I bought EV2760-VT-00A board and didn’t find GUI tool for it on the main site. Where can I download it?

Hello,

I recently purchased the EVKT-MP2760 and successfully downloaded the corresponding software tool, as I urgently needed a solution for a startup project. Unfortunately, I’m encountering a significant issue: no matter what input I provide, I immediately receive an error message, and the program shuts down.

I attempted to contact the technical support team via email, but it’s been a week without a response. Therefore, I’m turning to this forum in hopes of finding a solution.

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have same problem. Have you solved your problem?
I installed GUI on one of my computers and everything works fine. EV2760-VT-00A is detected in the GUI, I can write data using I2C to EV2760-VT-00A. Then I tried to install GUI on another computer and I had problems. If I import data to GUI, a message appears “Import done” and the program turns off. If I connect EVKT-USBI2C-02 to the computer, GUI does not start. I tried to install GUI on 3 more computers with Windows 10, 11 and got the same result. What could be the problem? I installed NET frame 4.0 and the latest version of the USBXpress driver and nothing helped.
