We would like to use the MP9488 as part of a 120VDC → 15V buck converter in an application that meets ISO 13849 functional safety requirements. Does MPS provide any reliability data or other materials that can help support this?
For example, TI provides Safety FIT Rate, FMD, and Pin FMA data like this for one of their CAN transceiver ICs:
