I blew up the “MPQ3369” chip on EVQ3369-R-00A Evaluation board and I want to order another one to replace it. Currently digikey has 4 listings for MPQ3369 24-QFN package. Can you tell me which one of these is meant for the EVQ3369-R-00A Evaluation board?

Hello,
Those are all same, the -Z and -P refer to the reel size when ordering higher quantities.
AEC is the automotive standard parts.

All of those will fit the EVB.
