EVM3695-20-PJ-00A ringing at switching requency

Hi, I have a huge ringing problem at the switching frequency of my evaluation board. This is supposed to be the input voltage for a FPGA which is not possible when it rings. It rings with and without load. Only the ringing gets worse. What could be the problem and how can I fix it?

Here are two pictures showing the behaviour with a 5A load.

Hi Kirsty,

What is the input voltage when this ringing is observed? What is your switching frequency for the application? Is the waveform captured at Vout or SW pin?
