I am looking for more details about the power transformer used in you EVL8030-QJ-00B board design. Do you have a datasheet for T1 on the board? (Chengdu Jinzhichuan: TBSG25-40)

Hello, I have repeatedly requested the datasheet and more detailed technical information about the transformer through the support form mentioned. I didn’t get any reply. Can you give me the detailed technical specifications of the transformer?

I’ve also received no reply from the support form despite waiting for weeks. Very disappointing that MP can’t include full specs of the transformer in their datasheet, can’t respond on this forum with the necessary information, and doesn’t answer their support inbox.

Have you tried asking the folks at Chengdu? You might want to check out Coilcraft dot com
They have an extensive range of POE transformers for all power levels and topologies. They generally have stock are good with samples and prices aren’t too bad. This is just a pissant little flyback circuit not much different from what LT TI MAX …National … offers there is little magic here you can find something. I know it is annoying that they have low support but in all honesty how many are you going to buy? You work for Apple? Back when i was an apps engineer the boss would get mad at you if you talked to anybody who wasn’t going to buy 10,000 or more. Be polite help them as much as you can in 10 minutes but get rid of them. Hey good luck!
