EVL4248-QV-00A sends NACK when using 3rd party USB to I2C converters

Hi,

I have been trying to communicate with EVL4248-QV-00A (MP4248) via a USB to I2C converter but MP4248 keeps sending the NACK for the address 0x67, 7bit.

what could be causing the NACK?

Apologies for the delayed response.

I have seen this issue with people using a non-MPS I2C to USB dongle like the Aardvark for example.
Please use the following dongle if possible:
EVKT-USBI2C-02 | Communication Interface Device USB to I2C/PMBus, included with product evaluation kit or can be purchased separately. | MPS

Since it has been some time, have there been any updates in evaluating the MP4248?
