Hi there,
We have received the EVF52000-4263-R-00B_EVB and have begun our evaluation.
However, we have encountered performance limitations and have not been able to operate it as specified in the datasheet.
During our testing with the Passmark load tester, the EVB only supported a subset of the Power Delivery Objects (PDOs) listed in the datasheet (EVF52000-4263-R-00B_EVB_SolutionModule_Datasheet 0.2.pdf).
Test results summary:
PDO1: 5V@1A supported [Unable to test 5V@2A, 5V@3A]
PDO2: 9V@1A supported [Unable to test 9V@2A, 9V@3A]
PDO3: 15V@1A supported [Unable to test 15V@2A, 15V@3A]
PDO4: 20V@1A, 20V@2A supported [Unable to test 20V@3A, 20V@4A, 20V@5A]
Test setup:
DC power supply: Kikusui PAN35-20A (700W, 20A capability]
Could you kindly advise if there are any known causes or configuration settings that may be affecting the EVB’s performance and limiting the PDOs? We would appreciate any guidance on jumpers, firmware, or hardware modifications required to achieve full 120W capability.
Thank you for your assistance. We look forward to your feedback.
Best regards
