EV6631H-L-00A REF pin not work

Hi team,

I am supply the EV6631-L-00A motor driver eval board with 12V, but 5V does not come out from the REF pin. What could be the reason for this?

Can you confirm if you are using it with the communication kit or without the communication kit?
Kindly follow the steps given in the EVB guide. If still not working I would verify the connection integrity from the supply to the board.
