Ev6540h-u-00a – 6a, 50v three-phase bldc motor driver evalustion borad fault condition

Hello! I am using the EV6540H-U-00A – 6A, 50V THREE-PHASE BLDC MOTOR DRIVER EVALUSTION BORAD in one of project to drive BLDC HUB motor) but I noticed that the nFault goes low much too often. I run the motor at low speed for a few seconds, the temperature is very low, the PWM duty cycle is always below 10%, the current monitored at the SOx pins never goes above 1.5A and yet the nFault is triggered very often. What are other possible error conditions? I am using 24V SMPS to drive motor.
Expecting quick response
Thanking in advance

Hello,

Apologies for the delayed response.
If the nFault is triggering low, it can be caused by over-current, overtemperature, or Vin UVLO. You can possibly try increasing PWM duty cycle.

Additionally, please check to make sure you have followed the quick start guideline.
