Hello, we have an issue regarding the EV5920-5048-V-00A. We are using as GUI the MPS Server Telecom Products GUI. The evaluation board is connected to PC using an EVKT-USBI2C-02 communication interface. Following the datasheet of the evaluation board, the GUI finds and connects with the MP5920. However, during connection this window followed displaying MCU Code: Unknown!
Then during putting the inputs according to the eval board datasheet the selection of e-fuse, as also the temperature information are missing:
Then at monitor tab the measured values are wrong (seems that there is times ten multiplication at the voltage measurement and for the other values I am not sure):
However, I have the possibility to switching the main rail ON/OFF from GUI, as also reading values from registers.
I believe the values of the coefficients for the conversion functions that GUI software has are wrong, but I cannot change them.
Is there a possibility to send me an updated version of the GUI without this issue, or do you believe that there is another issue?
