EV5490-C-00A board not detected in VirtualBench ProV4 & V3 using EVKT-USBI2C-02

I am working with the EV5490-C-00A evaluation board using the EVKT-USBI2C-02 interface kit.

but the EV5490 board is not appearing in VirtualBench ProV4&V3 software.

Could you please guide me on how to detect or configure this board?

I have already contacted MPS support and also reached out to the FAE team regarding this issue, but I am still facing the same problem. The MP5490 is not appearing in Virtual Bench Pro V4&V3 even after connecting the device.

Hi,

Apologies for the delay. MP5490 is actually not available on Virtual Bench, which is frustrating.

You will have to use an MCU to communicate with this part over I2C. The ADD pin will allow you to set the I2C address. The datasheet will have all the addressing and register information.
