I want to load the battery with 3A.
VIN = 5V - from my labor power supply.
ILIM = 3A - M0, M1 are floating, RILIM are 1.5K - just to let this pin not open.
ISET = 3A. RISET = 760 ohm
VSYS = 4.23V.
However, the peak current continues at 2A.
My battery is a LiPo 3.7V.
What do I wrong??

Hi @gsyoo,
The ILIM = 3A is out of the range specified in the EC table given on page 6.
Please select one of these as per your application.
The real CC charge current is not the setting value, it varies with different input and battery voltages. Please refer to the “Setting the charge current” section in DS.
