Diferences between an item with -T and without -T

Hi, I just recive an Item with this MPN: MPM3683GMN-20-T
But the item a I was waiting for was the MPM3683GMN-20.
Is there a difference between the two MPNs?

Hi Victor,
The -T suffix indicates that the ICs are normally conditionned in Trays - this is common for modules (at MPS we also have other suffix for ICs conditionned in Reels: -Z for Full size Reel and -P for mini-reel)
It is normally indicated in the “ordering information” table in the first few pages of the datasheet
To answer your question: you have received the MPM3683GMN-20 that you were looking for
