Can’t seem to find much after an initial search on multiple platforms. Are you able to provide more information as to what this part is?
This chip has a QFN-16 (3x3) package and is installed in the Handheld Video Game console laptop tablet PC, AOKZOE A1 and Steam Deck LCD.
It maybe in other gaming devices.
Most likely, this is a new product from MPS.
Thank you for the response! This helps narrow things down a bit further. What is the application and source of the original image? I need this information to further narrow things down.

As you requested, I am sending you a photo of the device.
Most likely, this microcircuit is intended to power the RAM.
Very similar to the MPS NB688C Synchronous Buck Converter chip.
I have indicated the location of the chip with a red arrow.
